Most of the time, yes. Screens and batteries are usually done in 30–60 minutes, a charging-port clean takes minutes, and back glass runs 60–90 minutes. Walk in any time we're open, we'll check the part for your model is on the shelf, and you'll have a firm time before you leave the counter. Rarer models occasionally need a part ordered in — we tell you that up front rather than keep your phone overnight.
No — walk-ins are welcome and there is no surcharge for one. If you want to be certain the part for your exact model is in stock before you make the trip, call 0415 303 300 first and we'll check it while you're on the phone.
The strip at the top of this page shows today's hours and whether we are open at this moment. Our regular hours are Mon 9am – 6pm, Tue 9am – 6pm, Wed 9am – 6pm, Thu 9am – 7pm, Fri 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 5pm, Sun closed. We are at Shop 7C, Riverwood Plaza, 257 Belmore Rd, Riverwood, inside the Metro Wireless store.
Emergency and same-day repairs, yes. Overnight, no — we are not a 24-hour service, and we would rather say so than advertise something we cannot do. The latest we trade on any day is 7pm on Thursdays, and we are closed Sundays. If your repair is an emergency, the fastest thing you can do is drop the phone in first thing in the morning: it goes on the bench straight away, and most repairs are back with you in 30–90 minutes.
Then you do not pay. The diagnostic is free, and if we cannot get your phone working there is no charge for the attempt — no fix, no fee. If the repair is not worth it against what the phone is worth, we will tell you that too, and help you get your data off it.
30–60 minutes for most models, from $99. iPhone screens are priced by generation and the full table is published on our iPhone screen repair page; Samsung uses genuine parts at Samsung Australia's own pricing and takes 45–90 minutes. If your screen is in stock you can wait for it in the centre and collect it the same visit.
